Job Role
Role Overview:
Trainee is expected to lead youth hub initiative and support data analysis,
support report drafting of Budget tracking, Citizen Education Report (CER)
and School Score Card (SSC) including other operational support of
thematic plan.
Develop Knowledge:
- Develop understanding of Youth Programming, action research on
public education framework of AAN e.g. Concept of Youth Hub
initiative, Promoting Rights in School (PRS) and Citizen Education
Report (CER)
Learning and Development
- Overall documentation (generating data, testimonies, and stories
of CER, SSC, Budget tracking and Youth led initiative) - Basic technical aspect of public service and human rights
- Basic knowledge on democracy, youth programme and local
governance
Practical Assignments
- Support in data consolidation/management and documentation of
CER, Budget tracking, SSC, and Youth Hub initiatives. - Operational support of thematic plan (follow up with external
partner and expert) - Logistic support of event organised under the thematic APB of
youth and education.
Others
- Any other official tasks as assigned by PPBD team
Person Specification
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor/Master’s degree running in Management or relevant field
Essential Experience: None
Essential Knowledge: Basic understanding of Development organizations
Language proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken Nepali and English
