- A minimum of the last two Pilot Proficiency Checks successfully completed
- Has a total flight time on multi crew transport aircraft of at least 3000 hours; including 1000 hours on A320 family
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on type
- English Language Proficiency 5 preferred but minimum 4 is mandatory
