𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

•  Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
•  Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including project cost reports and balance sheet submissions.
•  Strengthen banking relationships and actively monitor credit exposures to mitigate financial risks.
•  Analyze and reduce interest expenses, bank commissions, and financial costs.
•  Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost projections.
•  Implement cost control measures to improve profitability.
•  Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

•  CA/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA preferred).
•  Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
•  Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial risk management.
•  Experience in banking relationships and credit exposure management.
•  Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•  Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
