Store Keeper

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Province No 1

1. Track and maintain stock levels of materials and tools.
2. Check stock regularly to identify shortages or excess items.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records of received, dispatched, or stored items.
4. Notify supervisor when stock levels are low for replenishment.
5. Organize and manage periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
6. Inspect deliveries for quality and quantity, and verify supplier documentation.
7. Issue materials to departments as requested, keeping accurate records of issued and returned items.
8. Arrange materials for easy access and ensure safe, secure storage.
9. Maintain accurate inventory documentation and update inventory systems.
10. Follow safety protocols and assist in generating inventory reports for supervisors.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

1. A diploma or certification in inventory management or supply chain management is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
3. Experience in maintaining records and stock control systems is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft office.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
