Position: Procurement & Logistics Officer
????????????????????????????????: Sanepa Lalitpur
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in procurement, logistics, and financial coordination to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective processes.
???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:
1. Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
2. Collect quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and issue purchase orders as per approval workflow.
3. Ensure timely procurement of quality materials and services to meet project timelines.
4. Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
5. Ensure proper documentation of approvals, delivery notes, GRNs, and purchase records.
6. Track and manage inventory levels, initiate replenishment, and support stock verification.
7. Coordinate the dispatch, transportation, and delivery of materials and equipment to/from sites.
8. Manage logistics operations including vehicle scheduling, fuel tracking, and maintenance.
9. Liaise with customs and freight agents for import clearance and related documentation.
10. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in procurement/logistics/accounting preferred.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
