Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer engineering or any relevant technical field.
• 2-3 years of prior work experience as UX designer or product designer.

Job Description

• Work alongside the design team, and data teams to define, solve, and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Brainstorm, propose & design creative solutions that could bring our products to another level.
• Design user personas, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas through consideration of business requirements & technical limitations.
• Work alongside the design team, cross-functional teams of developers and product managers to define, solve, and implement innovation, solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Support UI/UX leads/managers in user research and usability tests.
• Develop and maintain detailed UI specifications and templates.
• Support product managers in making clear decisions that promote well-defined, timely, usable releases.
• Work directly as part of one or more cross-functional scrum teams to communicate and build elegant user interfaces.
• Assist in defining company design language and standards.
• Mentor associates, trainee and interns.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of digital design guidelines (mobile and web).
• Good understanding of user interface and experience principles.
• Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, detail-oriented, good imagination and vision.
• Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, and a strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Experience in UI/UX analysis.
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and site maps.
• Experience in technical and documentation of design systems, style guides, etc.
• Experience with design delivery, hands-off and task management.
• Good understanding of web technologies  like HTML/CSS/JS.
• Experience in design tools like Figma, Sketch, XD or any prototyping tool, Photoshop, Illustrator.
