Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the Visa Application Centre.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility repairs and improvements.
- Manage administrative staff, including receptionists and support personnel.
- Ensure the availability of adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
- Develop and implement efficient document management and record-keeping systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including visa applications and accommodation.
- Ensure that travel policies are followed, and expenses are within budget.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure that logistical arrangements are in place for successful events.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols within the office.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and drills.
- Assist in the development of the administrative budget.
- Monitor and manage expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office technology, including computers, printers, and communication systems.
- Collaborate with the IT department for technical support when needed.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in administration management, preferably in a visa application centre or a related field. Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures.
