Job Description
- Manage the proper functioning of the workshop.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, handle critical customer complaints
- Maintain agreed CSI and constantly monitor and analysis of CSI and formulate an action plan for effective implementation for improvement
- Ensure timely & quality service at the workshop.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 2 years of experience in workshop management
- Knowledge of workshop norms, procedures, and management
- Excellent leadership, team management and customer-handling skills
