MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to deal with customers effectively
- Must possess good communication skills
- Determine each customer’s needs and requirements related to the internet packages.
- Answering Questions and Addressing Complaints
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys.
- Field visit
- Follow up
- Participants in sales activities
- Cross functions
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate pass or Bachelors Running.
- At least 6 months of experience in related fields or fresher can also be considered.
- A two-wheeler driving license is preferable.
