Field Assistant
SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field visits for internet installation, troubleshooting, shifting, etc.
- Identify and resolve problems at the client’s end understand and promote company programs.
- Educate customers and provide immediate L2-level field support.
- Perform any other fiber-related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate pass or at least SLC passed
- Must have a wheeler driving license.
- Good communication skills, polite and punctual.
- Ability to work under pressure, shift-wise, and in overtime if required.
