FIELD ASSISTANT
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field visit for internet installation, troubleshooting and shifting, etc.
- Identify and resolve problems at client’s end.
- Educate customers and provide immediate L2 level field support.
- Perform any other fiber related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate pass or at least SLC passed
- Must have a two-wheeler driving license.
- Good communication skills, polite and punctual.
- Ability to work under pressure, shift wise and in overtime if required.
