MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counseling customers about our products
- Organizing and hosting stall activities and customer visits
- Conducting door to door activities and finalize agreement with customers
- Conducting survey for Wifi possibilities at customer premise
- Prepare customer service reports and follow-up
- Handling complaints and unpleasant customers queries
- Coordinate with other departments to complete assigned task
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- +2 or above (Experience will be preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude and willingness to work in flexible schedule
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player
- Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office package
- Driving license and owning a vehicle is highly preferred
