Zonal Sales Incharge

Area: Gandaki and Lumbini Province

Role Description:

As the Zonal Sales Incharge for Laxmi Group’s Home Appliances Division, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving business growth within assigned geographical zone. Your role involve role will managing the sales team, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in home appliances
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of the local market and ability to travel within the assigned zone

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned zone to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and drives sales team performance to ensure high productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure market coverage and business growth
  • Prepare sales forecasts and analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and product launches in the zone
  • Provide timely feedback and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager on sales performance
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
