JOB OPPORTUNITY

Job responsibilities:

  1. Target decomposition: Responsible for the decomposition of Nepal sales target, communication, program development and follow-up and implementation to ensure that the target is reached
  2. Local distributor communication: Responsible for local distributor communication in Nepal
  3. Customer management: planning and management of the dealer’s inventory, to ensure a reasonable combination of cabinet and inventory turnover efficiency, customer relationship management and maintenance, access to market information and customer support, trust and continued adhesion
  4. Policy development: Develop monthly, quarterly and other product policies, insight into customer needs for policy negotiation, with the optimal input-output ratio to obtain sales thrust to reach a mutually beneficial win-win situation
  5. Market order: Price control to ensure healthy competition and high customer satisfaction
  6. Team Management: Responsible for the management of the sales team in Nepal, formulate and optimize the team assessment system

Job Specification:

Education: Bachelor degree
Experience: More than 5 years channel management experience in Nepal for first-tier cell phone brands, with good customer resources
