Position: Jr. Cyber Security Associate
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Watch over networks and systems for potential threats and security alerts.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of firewalls, encryption, and other security tools.
- Help with the response to security incidents, including initial analysis and mitigation steps.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify weaknesses in the systems.
- Keep security documentation and reports up to date.
- Help train employees on security best practices to prevent social engineering and phishing attacks.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the seniors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Completed in IT/Cyber Security or related field.
- Must be an engineering council certified
- Min. 5yrs. of experience in the networking field.
- A foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts like firewalls, encryption, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
- Preferred certifications like CEH or other cybersecurity-related certifications can be highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of diverse and emerging technology concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
- A customer-centric approach while applying higher-level business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
