Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively to support a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Maintain positive workplace culture in alignment with company values.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy in salary calculations.
- Manage employee benefits, leaves, and attendance tracking.
- Handle statutory compliance, including PF, gratuity and tax deductions.
Performance Management & Training
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Support career development initiatives and skill enhancement programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
