Position: SMB /SME Sales officer
Location: Kathmandu ,Nepal
Qualifications | Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of ISP products such as SMB broadband packages, leased lines, and IP-related solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably within the ISP, telecom, or IT services sector.
Qualifications | Requirements
- Identify, approach, and acquire small and medium-sized businesses for internet and connectivity services.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with technical teams for service installation, activation, and postsales support.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring continuous lead generation and consistent follow-ups.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reports using reporting and analytics tools.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable ISP solutions.
