Post Title: Deputy Brand Manager

Job Description:

  • Strategic planning, budgeting, execution and review.
  •  Brand portfolio management.
  •  Development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
  •  Strategic planning and management of social media.
  •  Analyze the industry, assessing the market environment and feasibility analysis for the
    favorable situation of the brands.
  •  Conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Planning and execution of new product launching, market expansion.
  • Regular Monitoring of competitors sales and their promotional activities.
  •  Manage the Advertising agencies, vendors, fabricators with strong networking.
  •  PR management and build a good relation with media.
  •  Lead and supervise the team in conducting marketing and advertising programs and
    delivering promotional events.

Required Skills:

  • FMCG Sales skills, Communication skills, Goal Oriented, Creative Thinking, Analytical Skills,
  • Adaptability, Flexibility, Strong Negotiation Skills, Cost Conscious, Proactiveness.

Academic & Experience Requirement:

1. MBA preferably in marketing with 5-6 years of experience in FMCG marketing or relevant field.
2. Bachelor in commerce, preferably in marketing with 6 years of experience in FMCG marketing or relevant field.
