Position: Junior Sales Officer

Location: Kalanki, Head Office

Experience: at least 1 year in Sales

Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

  •  Increase sales partners/dealers and build strong relationships by understanding dealer needs.
  •  Increase SKUs in existing dealers and onboard new dealers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve growth and sales targets.
  • Identify key competitors and stay updated on market movements.
  •  Support company expansion by strengthening customer base and market presence.
  •  Coordinate with the Marketing Communication (MARCOMM) team for lead generation and end-user reach.
  • Conduct regular market visits (inside or outside Kathmandu as required).
  • Ensure timely payment collection from dealers for sales generated.
  •  Prepare market survey reports through visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
  •  Follow up with dealers according to agreed payment schedules.
  •  Present company products and services to dealers, resellers, and end-users.
  •  Coordinate with Logistics and Support Center teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  •  Gain in-depth knowledge of ERP systems and all company brands.
  •  Maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.
  •  Maintain proper internal and inter-departmental communication.
  •  Maintain respectful interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders (partners, banks, vendors, authorities).

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and with cross-functional team.
