Position: IQOS Coach (Full-Time)
Company: Jagdamba Overseas Pvt. Ltd.
Location: IQOS Store, International Club, Sanepa, Kathmandu
(Includes regular field activations, events, LAMPs & HoReCa visits)
About the Role:
Jagdamba Overseas Pvt. Ltd., the Liquor & Tobacco/Nicotine arm of Shanker Group, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused IQOS Coach to represent the IQOS brand at store level and during field activations. This is a frontline role focused on consumer education, product trials, premium service delivery and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage adult consumers in-store and during activations and educate them on IQOS products

Conduct guided trials, onboarding and after-sales coaching

Deliver a premium, responsible and consistent brand experience

Support sales conversion, repeat usage and customer retention

Participate in LAMP, HoReCa and event-based brand activations

Maintain basic reporting, customer follow-ups and compliance standards
Requirements:

Bachelorโs degree preferred (Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply)

1+ year experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles (preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English & Nepali (Hindi is an added advantage)

Confident, presentable and customer-oriented personality

Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and event days

Female candidates only (21+ years)

Must have own two-wheeler and personal laptop
Remuneration: NPR 30,000 โ 40,000 per month (CTC) + attractive performance-based incentives
