Position: Marketing, Branding & Communication – Senior Executive
Location: Trade Tower, Thapathali
Qualifications | Skills
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a related role
- Demonstrated knowledge of the ISP industry, including technologies, market dynamics, and emerging trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (idea → launch → optimization).
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight analysis.
- Define product roadmap, pricing, positioning, and packaging.
- Work with Bundling & Partnership team on joint offerings.
- Lead GTM readiness including documentation, FAQs, SOPs, and internal training.
- Support sales and CX teams with product knowledge and clarifications.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback.
- Drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Support AOP, forecasting, and business planning.
