Position: Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

Location: Gairidhara, Kathmandu
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives and enhance overall people experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training calendar
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training and leadership development programs
- Align learning initiatives with performance management and career development
- Calculate ROI of training programs and manage L&D budgets
- Drive people experience initiatives including employee engagement, culture, wellness, and team-building programs
- Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans
- Promote organizational values and support employee development initiatives
- Utilize HR analytics to improve employee experience, retention, and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development / HR
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated, confident, detail oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
