Job Description:
- Generate new business opportunities and expand customer base. Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase market penetration along with brand visit to assess customer needs, competitor activity and stock levels
- Address customer concerns, provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide report on sales performance and conduct training for dealers and retailers
