Position: Business Development Associate
Location: Kathmandu
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate with a strong IT background to drive growth of our IT product portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding of IT solutions with proven business development capabilities to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and market our products to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+yrs. of experience in IT-related sales/marketing field.
- Candidates with a degree in engineering who are interested in pursuing a career in the business field are encouraged to apply.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and like-minded individual with a “Can-do” attitude.
- A Minimum commitment of 2-years is required.
- Special preference will be given to candidates who have studied abroad in business, management, or related fields and have returned to their home country.
- Strong interest or background in sports is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
