Position: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain
Location: Kathmandu
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree with 7-8 years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations (FMCG preferred)
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong FMCG SCM knowledge, coordination Leadership
- Analytical, problem-solving negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel ERP/SAP
- Excellent communication; thrives in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in demand forecasting supply planning; coordinate with sales, logistics suppliers
- Inventory monitoring across warehouses; control stock-outs, overstock, slow/expired items
- Purchase Requestion Purchase Order support, vendor follow-ups timely procurement
- Logistics issue resolution, customs coordination distribution support
- SCM reporting, MIS maintenance basic KPI analysis
- Implement SOPs, ensure compliance with company policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives
