Job Description Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the big-ticket size business of the Bank with specific focus to project-based lending.
  • Identify and solicit new project finance opportunities in targeted sector like infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, real estate.
  •  Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through market research, networking, and industry engagement.
  •  Develop and promote project finance products and other relevant banking solutions to potential and existing clients.
  •  Achieve assigned business development and portfolio growth targets.
  •  Support consortium lending arrangements where applicable.
  •  Cross-sell complementary financial products of the Bank.
  •  Analyze project finance proposals including financial models, cash flow forecasts, and feasibility studies.
  •  Conduct credit risk assessments and prepare detailed credit appraisal reports.
  •  Coordinate with legal, technical, and valuation teams for due diligence.
  •  Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with sanction terms.
  •  Conduct periodic credit reviews and risk monitoring.
  •  Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  •  Master’s Degree in Management/Economics, CA, ACCA or equivalent from recognized institution/university
  •  Minimum 10 years of progressive banking experience, currently working in the managerial level, and at-least 5 years of experience in handling project and consortium financing in commercial/development bank.
