Position Summary:
Jagdamba Flour and Agro Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and result-driven Area Sales Officer to drive sales growth and expand market presence for its flour products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong distributor networks, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales Target Achievement:
Develop, promote, and sell flour products to achieve or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
🔹 Customer Acquisition & Management:
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, bulk buyers, wholesalers, and retailers.
🔹 Order & Account Management:
Handle negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while ensuring timely payment collection and resolving customer concerns.
🔹 Market Information:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
🔹 Reporting:
Provide regular updates and feedback to management on product performance, sales progress, and market trends.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG or Agro-based industries
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
