Job Description

•  Gather and analyze requirements for new web features, prepare technical design, develop, test, and deploy to production with proper documentation.
•  Integrate and manage external data sources (e.g., supplier APIs), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, validation, and timely updates.
•  Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, especially data/report discrepancies, by identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
•  Continuously learn and apply new tools, frameworks, or libraries safely through testing, sandboxing, and best practices before live deployment.
•  Collaborate with Business, HR, Admin, and Process Owners to understand needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
•  Maintain system performance, security, and reliability through regular updates, backups, and monitoring.
•  Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure efficient use of IT systems across the organization.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
•  1–3 years of experience in software/web development or IT support.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, or .NET).
•  Experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or similar).
•  Familiarity with API integration and web technologies.
•  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•  Good communication and teamwork abilities.
•  Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to business needs.
