Position: Content & Storytelling Lead (Full-Time)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Content & Storytelling Lead to own how Springbase.ai is communicated to the market — from messaging and campaigns to content, social media, and conversions.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who can combine strong storytelling with execution and drive real business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand narrative, positioning & messaging
- Plan and execute multi-platform campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create high-quality content (social, blogs, website, emails, videos)
- Manage and grow social media presence
- Drive YouTube-first storytelling & video scripts
- Improve website and conversion-focused messaging
- Support SEO, paid campaigns & content distribution
- Track performance and optimize content strategy
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in content, storytelling, marketing, or related roles (preferably B2B SaaS/AI)
- Strong writing, storytelling & content strategy skills
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ability to simplify complex products into clear messaging
- Familiarity with AI tools, analytics, and content workflows
Work Setup
