You Will:
- Manage customer interactions across social media platforms and phone channels
- Handle both inbound class efficiently
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for effective resolution
Job Specification:
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor’ s running preferred
Experience:
- Prior experience in call centers, call handling, or customer service roles will be added advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Effective communication skills
- Strong problem -solving ability
- Polite and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially) Excel)
- Familiarity with social media messaging tools (eg. Meta, Linkedin)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
