Position: Chief of Human Resources
Location: Tilganga, Kathmandu
The Chief of Human Resources will be responsible and executing HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. The role requires strong leaderships, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Lead recruitment, talent management, and succession planning
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Drive organizational development and culture-building initiatives
- Manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fled
- Minimum 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR Practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in aviation or service industry preferred
