We are a growing hardware business operating on a successful wholesale and retail model, and we are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new wholesale dealers while maintaining strong relationships with existing retail customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through active field visits and lead generation.
- Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the local hardware market.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, feedback, and market trends to report to senior management.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries, resolve grievances, and ensure a seamless buying experience for both B2B and B2C clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
- Candidates with specific experience in the hardware or aluminium/UPVC materials, will be highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Completed or currently pursuing).
Skills: * Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively.
Mobility: Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is a significant advantage.
