Position: Purchase Officer
Qualification: Bachelor Completed
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: Negotiable

Job Description:
- Prepare purchase order
- Timely opened and amendment of LC and ensure all terms and contains of LC are as per our acceptable norms
- Follow up suppliers for dispatch of material from document and keep tracking for the same
- Ensure timely clearing of material from custom to avoid detention and to ensure timely receiving and unloading of material
- Liaising with clearing agent, transporter & supplier
- Checking and verification of bill of transporter & Supplier
- Checking and verification of bill of transporter, clearing agent and shipping company, it should be as per approved rate
- Transit insurance and insurance claim and any other claim related to import
- Check & control shipment detail status
- Negotiations with vendors & transporters
- Responsible for custom clearance of I,ported goods
- Prepare and maintain purchase records, reports and price lists
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Match purchase orders with shipment
- Manage all logistical arrangements
- Perform any other task assigned by purchase department
Job Specification:
- Should have good spoken and written English and Nepali
- Should have good computer skills
- Must be willing to travel frequently
- Must have valid driving license
