Job Description
- Administer recruitment process for external vacancies ✓ Shortlisting candidates ✓ Arrangement of written examination ✓ Arrangement of interviews ✓ Conduct preliminary interviews ✓ Reference checking of the selected candidate ✓
- Ensure timely medical examination, document collection and form fill up of the selected candidate ✓ Arrangement for Offer Letter and Appointment Letter ✓ Ensure timely creation of employee card in ERP and employee email address
- Ensure to provide proper induction, orientation and trainings to new employees joining organization form all the concerned departments as per the induction checklist •
- Ensure opening of employee card in ERP, user ID and record of biometric fingerprint is done timely. • Ensure timely collection of induction checklist
- Create and maintain pool of candidates for timely fulfillment of requirements
- Prepare yearly college visit plan and schedule. Ensure regular college visits both technical and non-technical as per requirement for the quality pool of manpower.
- Participate in job fairs, college presentations, placement days and other programs organized by colleges for employer branding.
- Initiate and plan for activities related to employer branding. Ensure its timely execution.
- Timely fulfillment of requirement of intern and trainees as per requisition
- Assist in day-to-day activities of HR Department
Job Specifications
- Master’s Degree or Graduate with over 4 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (English & Nepali)
- Team player
- Networking and negotiation skill
- Excellent computer knowledge and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
