Posiiton: Sales Executive
Location: Mid-East- Sarlahi /Rautahat
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant sales experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and coverage objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Execute sales plans, promotions, and market activations
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards
- Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities
- Ensure timely collection and compliance with company policies
