Position: Founding Growth Lead

Position Overview:
Join an exciting AI startup building the future of productivity, automation, and intelligent workflows. We are looking for a highly driven Founding Growth Lead to build and scale Springbase.ai’s growth engine across user acquisition, campaigns, product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and GTM execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition through paid, organic, and community-led channels
- Plan and execute growth campaigns and experiments
- Optimize funnels, onboarding, activation, and conversion journeys
- Support product-led growth and retention initiatives
- Analyze growth metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior
- Collaborate with product, content, design, and leadership teams
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SaaS, or Startup Growth
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and experimentation
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, AI tools, and automation platforms
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills
