Company: Jagdamba Flour and Agro Pvt. Ltd Position: Account Officer Location: Gairidhara, Kathmandu
Position Overview: Jagdamba Flour and Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join the team as an Account Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and invoicing activities accurately and efficiently
- Conduct party ledger confirmation and reconciliation
- Prepare ageing reports and monitor outstanding receivables
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters
- Support day-to-day accounting and reporting functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
