Posiiton: Assistant Program Coordinator – MBA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MBA academic cycle from admission to graduation.
  •  Ensure smooth program operations including scheduling, LMS management, and student records.
  •  Coordinate with faculty, students, and university for seamless academic delivery.
  •  Prepare academic calendars, class schedules, and examination processes.
  •  Ensure timely submission of grades, reports, and academic documentation..
  •  Maintain compliance with university regulations and reporting standards.
  •  Oversee class operations for morning and evening batches.
  • Organize orientation programs, guest lectures, and academic events.
  •  Support internships and Graduate Research Projects (GRP) aligned with industry practices.
  •  Handle student queries and maintain high service standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 1 years of experience in academic coordination, administration, and academic operations, preferably in a higher education institution.
  •  Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and academic systems/tools.

Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
