Working Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm / Sunday – Thursday

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Customer Growth Officer who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate documentation, and addressing client needs proactively. The ideal candidate is client-focused, an excellent communicator, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads of potential clients, groups, and organizations.
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns in coordination with teams and strategic partners.
  • Develop and manage a structured lead pipeline, maintaining accurate records & reporting systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback to support product, service, and partnership improvements.
  • Coordinate and supervise training and capacity-building sessions for clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with implementing partners to ensure effective delivery of training, support services, and field activities.
  • Monitor project implementation and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions and internal teams to monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risks.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to facilitate timely payments and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and compliance with agreed commitments.
  • Coordinate daily with clients, vendors, and partner organizations for the collection, verification, and management of required documentation.
  • Support client onboarding by verifying eligibility, collecting documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation required for financing, incentives, or other program-related processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with lead generation, client onboarding, and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of the Nepali automotive ecosystem, financing mechanisms, and commercial vehicle usage will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Nepali and English (written and spoken).
  • License and personal vehicle for travel.
