MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to deal with customers effectively
- Must possess good communication skills
- Determine each customer’s needs and requirements related to the internet packages.
- Answering Questions and Addressing Complaints
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate pass or bachelor’s running.
- At least 6 months’ experience in related fields.
- A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferable.
