About the Role
The Country Manager – Sales (Nepal) will lead ICT’s sales development, partner ecosystem, and vendor alignment within Nepal. This role focuses on accelerating ICT’s footprint in Nepal’s growing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity markets.

Responsibilities

  • Business & Sales Growth
  • Develop Nepal’s annual sales plan and growth strategy.
  • Meet revenue, profitability, and channel expansion targets.
  • Identify opportunities in enterprise, government, education, and telecom sectors.
  • Channel Development
  • Build a strong partner network comprising distributors, VARs, system integrators, and MSPs.
  • Conduct partner onboarding, enablement, and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Maintain alignment with global vendors operating in or entering Nepal.
  • Support vendor-led initiatives, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Enterprise Engagement
  • Engage key large accounts and support high-value tenders and proposals.
  • Provide customer insights to guide product strategy and pricing.
  • Market Analysis
  • Track ICT market shifts, regulatory updates, and competitive movements in Nepal.
  • Recommend new opportunities and vendor/product additions.
  • Reporting
  • Deliver structured sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline visibility to APAC leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • 7–10+ years of sales experience in Nepal’s ICT or technology distribution sector.
  • Strong network with local distributors and enterprise decision-makers.
