Posiiton: Sales Officer
Location: Kathmandu
Role Description
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new industrial customers, managing existing client relationships, expanding market coverage, ensuring timely collections, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets.
- Develop new industrial customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage distributors, market coverage, and stock movement.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely collections and payment recovery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Nepalese food and beverage market and local language skills are highly beneficial.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
