Marketing/Business Development Officer

Siddhartha Capital Limited (SCL), a subsidiary of Siddhartha Bank Limited and the first Mutual Fund management company of Nepal licensed as per Mutual Fund Regulations 2010, seeks applications from result-oriented individuals with a passion to pursue career in investment banking. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services, along with the competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
•  Maintain existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for potential business clients.
• Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies for the organization’s products and services at the representative office level.
•  Seek out new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and arrange meetings.
•  Prepare sales and marketing materials, including writing proposals and developing marketing and promotional content.
•  Promote SIP and portfolio management services at the representative office level.
•  Conduct research to identify new business opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•  Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
•  Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or client relationship management. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal Skills. Proactiveness. Marketing Acumen. Organizational Skill. Analytical Skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools is a plus.
• Local Preference: Candidates from the local area are preferred.
• Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in Merchant Banks or similar organizations are preferred.

Training:

Selected candidates will undergo approximately one month of training at Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, before being placed at the Birgunj representative office.
