Jagdamba Motors is looking for passionate and result-oriented professionals to join our 4W Business Team.
Posiiton: Showroom Incharge – 4W
Location: Naxal & Thapathali
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day showroom operations.
- Drive the sales team toward achieving monthly targets.
- Manage customer inquiries, leads, test drives, bookings, and deliveries.
- Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of complaints.
- Maintain showroom standards, product presentation, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, Service, and Delivery teams.
- Prepare and monitor daily/monthly sales reports.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good team-management capabilities.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Posiiton: Sales Officer-4W
Location: Naxal
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate and manage leads through showroom visits, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings and sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and lost-sales reasons.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales potential may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Valid driving license preferred.
