Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Making, or related field (professional certifications preferred)
- Relevant experience in a star-rated hotel environment
- Strong alignment with brand standards and commitment to service excellence
- Proven leadership, team management, and commercial awareness
- Solid knowledge of hotel operations or sales systems (PMS/CRM)
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
- Guest-focused, professional, adaptable, and performance-driven
