Nepal Finance Limited, invites application from highly competent, energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for the under mentioned positions in order to strengthen its existing force

Position: Department Head: 3 Information Technology (IT), Internal Audit, Credit Risk

Age: Not exceeding 40 years as of the last date of application submission

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a lead role within a related department of NRB licensed BFIs or,
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years’ experience in a lead role within a related department of NRB licensed BFIs.

Selection Process: Interview

Job Location: Inside Kathmandu valley

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Should be well acquainted with day to day department functions and process with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Must have overall knowledge of various Acts & policies related to banking norms including Unified NRB Directive.
Must be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.
Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the department.
Must possess excellent business communication, reporting critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Should have enthusiasm and commitment to fulfill the task.

Position: Branch Manager: 3

Age: Not exceeding 40 years as of the last date of application submission

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 3 years’ experience out of this at least 1 year of experience must be in the role of Branch Manager or Branch Incharge of NRB licensed BFIs or,
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University with minimum of 5 years’ experience out of this at least 1 year of experience must be in the role of Branch Manager or Branch Incharge of NRB licensed BFIs.

Selection Process: Interview

Job Location: Inside Valley & Outside Valley (Madhesh, Gandaki, & Bagmati province)

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Should be acquainted with day to day functions along with sound knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Must be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities.

Posiiton: IT Assistant (Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor): 1

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as of the last date of application submission

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT from recognized University.
At least 3 years’ experience in the hardwork & networking function of NRB licensed BFI’s.

Job Location: Inside Kathmandu valley

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Candidates having driving license will be an added advantage.
Should have the ability to work under pressure.
Should have excellence in Excel program.

Position: Junior Assistant/Junior Assistant Trainee: Few

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as of last date of vacancy

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from recognized University.

Selection Process: Interview or written examination and interview

Job Location: Inside and outside Kathmandu valley

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Candidates having driving license will be an added advantage.
Should possess excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have the ability to work under pressure.
Should be computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
