JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Satungal, Kathmandu
Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate stock handling, inventory control and proper documentation.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensure proper arrangement, cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Finance and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor warehouse staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Identify stock discrepancies, damages or shortages and report to management.
- Prepare regular stock and warehouse reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Basic to good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.
