Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, workshops, and retailers to promote Tata Genuine Parts.
•  Achieve assigned sales targets through regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
•  Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network in the assigned territory.
•  Coordinate with the warehouse and service teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update daily sales activities.
•  Support promotional campaigns, product awareness activities, and dealer engagement programs to increase brand visibility

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Good knowledge of automotive components and genuine parts business is an advantage
•  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle field-based work.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting skills.
• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license (preferred for field visits).
