Position: Night Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise night shift staff, ensure hospital policies are enforced, and serve as the main point of contact for escalations.
- Coordinate emergency admission, transfers, and discharges.
- Adjust staff deployments dynamically to cover gaps and maintain safe rations.
- Monitor facility security systems, coordinate crisis responses, and handle facility or maintenance issues.
- Review incident reports, log shift summaries, and align handoffs with day time management.
