Position: Head – After Sales Operation
Location: Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee EV battery health, diagnostics, battery-related complaints, warranty, replacement, safety, and technical support.
- Manage end-to-end warranty claims, approvals, recovery, warranty cost, rejection, and coordination with OEM/principal.
- Handle critical customer complaints, escalations, repeat issues, root-cause analysis, and effective service recovery.
- Manage customer relationship activities, service follow-ups, customer retention, complaint tracking, feedback, and CSI/NPS.
- Manage accident repair and insurance claims, including coordination with customers, surveyors, workshops, and insurance companies.
- Lead after-sales readiness for new products, including service infrastructure, tools, technical training, spare parts, warranty setup, SOPs, and coordination with OEM/principal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering with an MBA in Management/Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in automobile after-sales operations.
